We meet once each month on the second Monday. On Paragon Night months, we meet on the third (3rd) Monday evening. The business meetings inform parents on what’s happening with the PTO and in our schools. After the business portion, we usually have a guest speaker or presentation that is appropriate either to parenting issues, curriculum, or current events in our town.
The Academy of Dover PTO has many opportunities for parents to be involved, either at events or from home, to coordinate our events and activities. Perhaps you’d like to join us by contacting one of the committee chairs and volunteering your time a couple of times a year.
Our goal is to provide each parent with a fun alternative to help them fulfill their volunteering obligation to the Academy of Dover Charter School.
